What personal data we collect and why we collect it
As an association we collect some of our members information when signing up to keep track of the membership’s validity: The member’s email address, their membership option and the date of becoming a member.
Furthermore, all bank transactions (membership fees, donations) are collected in our online banking. We use this information only to the necessary extent, i.e. to keep Solikassa operational.

Who we share your data with
None of the above mentioned personal data is shared with anyone else.
How long we retain your data
We go through the list of all our members twice a year and delete all personal data of members that have not had a valid membership for six months in a row.
What rights you have over your data
You may at any time request information about the data we have stored about you, how it is processed, and the correction of any inaccurate personal data.
Furthermore, you may at any time request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How we protect your data
We store all of our members’ data exclusively on encrypted drives.
